General Information
Our nomadic, hybrid symposium, entitled Decolonizing Hellas: Imperial Pasts, Contested Presents, Emancipated Futures, 1821-2021, will take place from November 4 until November 7, online -through our YouTube channel– and in situ, at PLYFA Industrial Park (Koritsas 39, Votanikos, Athens).
Due to public health restrictions related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, only a limited number of people will be able to attend the venue – on a first-come-first-serve basis.
To be admitted into the PLYFA Industrial Park compound, vaccination documentation or documentation of illness from COVID-19 will be required. Wearing face masks is mandatory in all indoor spaces.
All discussions and talks will be archived in our YouTube channel and will remain accessible after the end of the symposium.
Access to PLYFA Industrial Park
– Kerameikos station / blue line (M3)
– Metaxourgio station / red line (M2)
– Bus A15 (Stathmos Larissis – Dasos), connected with the metro via Metaxourgio station. Disembarkation at “Spyrou Patsi” bus stop.
